Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including your work email, business website, business category, business name, selected plan, and any notes you submit.

We also receive limited technical and attribution information, such as campaign parameters and network information. For abuse prevention, we transform a network identifier into a one-way hash rather than storing the raw address in the audit record.

How the AI snapshot works

To create the snapshot, we send the business website, business category, and three fixed buyer questions to OpenAI. We do not send your email address to the AI model. The model may search public web sources to evaluate how the business appears in a buyer recommendation.

How we use information

• Provide and email the snapshot you request.
• Respond to a plan request or support question.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
• Prevent spam, duplicate submissions, and abuse.
• Measure which campaigns bring visitors to the site.
• Meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, database storage, security, and transactional email, and OpenAI to generate the snapshot. These providers process information for us under their own service terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Essential security technology may be used by our hosting provider to protect the site. If we add non-essential tracking later, we will update this policy and add the controls required by applicable law.

Legal bases and choices

Where applicable, we process information to provide the service you requested, based on your consent, and for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, and service improvement. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide and evaluate the service, respond to requests, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@goodproductivity.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

International use and children

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. This business service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
