Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Good Productivity website, free AI recommendation snapshot, and founding-customer request forms.
Using the service
You must be at least 18 and authorized to submit information about the business you enter. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and may not attempt to disrupt it, bypass limits, scrape it at scale, submit malicious content, or misrepresent your identity or authority.
The free snapshot
The free snapshot is a preliminary, automated signal based on three buyer questions, one AI surface, public web information, and the information you submit. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or change over time. The snapshot is not a guarantee of visibility, ranking, traffic, leads, revenue, or future AI recommendations.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking the result before relying on it. The service does not provide legal, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for decisions and changes you make based on the result.
Your submissions
You keep ownership of the information you submit. You give Good Productivity permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure, evaluate, and improve the service, respond to your request, and meet legal obligations. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated personal information.
Email and plan requests
If you request a snapshot, we may email that requested result to you. If you request a plan, you authorize us to contact you about that request. Choosing a plan does not start a subscription or authorize a charge.
Paid services
Any paid engagement begins only after we confirm scope, price, timing, and payment terms separately. If a signed order, proposal, or service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Ownership
The website, product design, benchmark structure, copy, software, and Good Productivity branding belong to Good Productivity or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
Availability and third parties
We may change, suspend, or stop the service at any time. The service relies on third parties, including AI, web-search, hosting, and email providers. We are not responsible for third-party services or public-source content outside our control.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Productivity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the website or free snapshot.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes and contact
